RULES OF PARTICIPATION

DEADLINE

Deadline to sign up is: Wednesday, April 17th, 2024 at 11:59 PM

NOTICE

Each team should select a team captain who will complete the team application on the team's behalf. The Team Captain will then be the direct channel of communication between the SU Real Life Organizing Team and the Team's Participants

ELIGIBILITY

The SU Real Life Competition is open to undergraduate and graduate university students from across the world.

TEAM FORMATION

Teams Must Consist of:

  • 3-5 Members

  • It is highly recommended that each team does not have more than 2 students from the same major

  • There are no requirements for Gender Balance 

  • Team members can be from different nationalities and universities

SELECTION CONFIRMATION

Team Selection will be on a rolling basis; once the capacity is full, we will close down the registration form. All teams who submit and complete the application, will be contacted immediately by the SU Real Life Team to proceed with all necessary procedures

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

Please note that the language of instruction is English. All Team Members are expected to be able to communicate verbally and orally in English, whereby case presentations, trainings and team submissions will only be in English.

INTERNATIONAL TEAMS

International teams' accommodation (excluding travel) have the chance to be funded by SU Real life. To apply for this funding, please fill out the required question in the registration form. This does not guarantee that the team will get funding.
